The Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong is approximately 35 minutes from Hong Kong International Airport on Lantau Island. We maintain a counter at the airport to help you upon arrival and departure. Visit the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Airport Counter in the Main Arrivals Hall, Counter B9, opposite Exit B.
To arrange an airport pick-up, simply provide your flight name, flight number and estimated time of arrival when booking on-line, or contact the hotel directly by telephone: (852) 2721 2111 or email: reservations.ksl@shangri-la.com. Please make your booking at least two days in advance.
Via Airport Express
The Airport Express train departs from the Main Arrivals Hall every 10 minutes to the Kowloon Station. The one-way trip, which takes approximately 20 minutes, costs HKD 100. A complimentary shuttle is available from Kowloon Station to the hotel.
Via Taxi
Taxi service is readily available at the airport. A one-way journey, which takes approximately 35 minutes, will cost approximately HKD 380.
Via Bus
Airport buses depart every hour for the one-hour journey and stop at several hotels in Kowloon. You may purchase tickets (HKD 130 per person) at our Airport Counter.
Valet Parking
Complimentary valet parking service and use of the hotel garage (at a charge) is available to hotel guests.
