Master Chef Jacky Man has won numerous awards for bringing creativity and innovation to Cantonese and regional Asian dishes. A Hong Kong native, Jacky Man was voted one of China's Top 10 Chefs in 1998 by Food and Wine Magazine, and in 2005 his restaurant won the award for Best Performance, Chinese Restaurant in the Shangri-La Group.
