Meeting organisers can choose from an elegant Ballroom, or the modern outfitted Business Centre Meeting rooms. The Samail Ballroom with a total seating capacity of 220 (theatre style) can be divided into two separate rooms, Samail 1 and Samail 2.

Featuring contemporary styled chandeliers, the pillar-less Ballroom provides sophisticated banquet, convention and conference facilities and has a dedicated pre-function area.

Meeting Rooms are ideal for smaller meetings, conferences and corporate gatherings. The two individual rooms feature the latest in technology, including broadband and wireless Internet access. A Boardroom seating six is part of the Business Centre. An additional Boardroom seating 12 is part of the Traders Club on Level 5.
