Terms & Conditions:

1. Meeting groups must have a minimum of 10 rooms and a one-day meeting in the hotel to qualify for MaxiMICE Credit.
2. MaxiMICE Credit applies for residential meeting groups with a minimum total spending of US$5,000 per meeting, excluding service charge and prevailing government taxes.
3. The 10% MaxiMICE Credit is subject to a maximum of US$5,000 per meeting and based on total event expenses after any event credit deduction.
4. MaxiMICE Credit is non-accumulative and can only be used in a single event at one time.
5. MaxiMICE Credit can be earned for meeting groups confirmed between May 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009, and qualifying meetings must take place on or before August 31, 2010. All MaxiMICE Credits earned must be used within 6 months of group departure or December 31, 2010 whichever is earlier.
6. Meeting group bookings are subject to guest room and function room availability.
7. Qualifying meeting groups is based on non-commissionable guest room rates and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions.
8. Earned MaxiMICE Credits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the same company that held the qualifying meeting.
