Pre-arrival information

We invite you to arrive 1 hour prior to your appointment to fully enjoy the facilities.  Your appointment will begin promptly at the time scheduled if you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened.

Pre-treatment etiquette

Please avoid sunbathing, eating a heavy meal or consuming alcohol prior to your treatment as this may negatively affect your experience.

Clothing

You will be provided with a robe and slippers, and draped during massage treatments.  Undergarments may be worn if preferred.

Health considerations

For your comfort, please advise upon booking if you have any allergies, ailments and/or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or are pregnant.

Spa ambience

We respectfully ask you to leave cell phones turned off so that the tranquility of the aula valuables at home or deposit them in our hotel the loss of personal items.

Cancellation policy

You may opt out of your appointment at any time - however, cancellation charges may apply.  Cancellations and changes to scheduled treatments are accepted up to six hours prior to an appointment.  You will be charged full for any service/treatment booked if we receive no notification.

Off peak rates

Off peak rates are only available Sunday to Thursday between 9am until 1pm.  Off peak rates are not valid on public holidays or weekends the last appointment time for off peak bookings is 12noon.
