Upon arrival for your Spa treatment you will be asked to complete a General Health Questionnaire to assist us in identifying your specific needs. Please advise the Receptionist if you are pregnant or if you have any health concerns.

Preparing for your treatment

Ladies can just turn up and enjoy. For gentlemen, we recommend shaving prior to having a facial for maximum comfort and benefit to the skin.

What to wear

Please bring swimming attire to wear when using the Jacuzzi and plunge pool facilities. For Spa treatments, nothing is required as towels, robes and slippers are provided in the Spa area. Disposable underwear is also provided for all body treatments and massages.

Privacy

Your privacy will be protected at all times. Your therapist will leave you to change in private and throughout the treatment you will be draped with towels, covering all parts of the body not being treated. Ladies will be given the option of including the bust area in all body treatments.

Reservations

Advanced booking prior to treatment time is recommended. Credit card details are required to confirm the treatment reservation. Please call or visit the Spa should you wish to discuss your treatment.

Arriving time

To make the most of your Spa experience, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment.

Late arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

Spa etiquette

To preserve the harmony within the spa, kindly turn off your mobile phones.

Cancellation policy

Please give 4 hours notice for cancellation or we regret that a 50% cancellation fee will apply. For a "no show”" the full treatment amount will be charged.
