Lost & Found
Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai has a Lost & Found policy that states that the hotel will keep any lost or found item for a period of six months. After this time, items will be transferred to the local authorities. The authorities will keep the items for an additional period of three months and if, after this time, items are not claimed they will be discarded.
