Chiang Mai's city centre is easy to navigate. Rental car, vans and motorbikes are widely available. The most widely used mode of public transportation is the Song Taew, red cab that delivers people and goods to destination area within a 15- to 30-kilometre radius for THB15-20 per person (more if going outside the Old Town area). Tuk-tuks (motorized tricycles) cost from THB 30-40 per vehicle with higher fares late at night. Old-fashioned rickshaws are also available from THB 25.
