Maoshan Mountain

The Maoshan Mountain is considered to be an important holy place in Taoism. Crowds of people visit the site, not just for religious reasons, but also to explore the attractions and the natural beauty of the site. Located in the south western part of Jiangsu, approximately 60 kilometers from Changzhou, the mountains cover an area of 50 kilometers. Of the 9 peaks that make up the Maoshan Mountain, the tallest is the ‘Great Maoshan’ peak standing at a height of 372.5 meters higher than sea level.
