With 30 years experience behind him, Master Chef Kam has won Gold Medals at cooking competitions around Southeast Asia and participated in the “Longest Beach Buffet” held to achieve the Guinness World Record. Amongst his Cantonese Specialities are “Monk Jump Over the Wall”, Princess Fried Rice, Sweetened Rice Pearl with Mango and dishes with abalone and lobster.
