Terms & Conditions
  1. Advance bookings must be made on-line at Shangri-La.com.
  2. Credit Card prepayment for advance bookings is required at the time of booking, at least 4 days before the arrival date (Bangkok time).
  3. Subsequent treatments not included in the prepaid booking will be charged at full rate.
  4. Prepayment will not be refunded for cancellations or no-shows.
  5. Any changes made with the schedule of prepaid bookings are subject to availability.
  6. This offer may not be combined with other spa promotions.
  7. Any unused credit cannot be encashed or applied to room charges or other services.
  8. The offer is valid for bookings made up to 15 November 2009.
