Shang Palace Presents Chef's Recommendation Menu

Shang Palace offers a special a la carte menu that features a selection of Cantonese-style meat and seafood delicacies.  Sumptuous dishes available in Chef’s Recommendation Menu include:

  • Deep Fried Prawn and Seafood Paste wrapped with Crispy Shreds, Garnished with Mayonnaise and Fish Roe
  • Chilled Alaskan King Crab’s Leg with Chinese Wine and Spicy Abalone with Jelly Fish
  • Sauteed Soft Shell Crab with Black Pepper Sauce
  • Braised Bailing Mushrooms with Lettuce in Canpoy Sauce
  • Stuffed Dry Fish Maw and Seafood Paste baked with Supreme Stock
  • Crispy Fish filled topped on a Steamed Milky Egg Bed


Diners can try out some of Chinese specialty dishes for both lunch and dinner everyday.
