Pearls Bar - Back with a Bang
Time to get back on the glamorous party scene as the trendy Pearls Bar relaunches on 1st October. Expect guest DJs to be jamming every Thursday and Friday night from 9.30pm until 2.30am with an exciting new tapas menu that is perfect for nibbles with drinks.
New Season, New Menu, New Chef!
Pearls & Caviar celebrates its first year with a brand new menu as well as Chef de Cuisine, Stephanie Rowe, who hails from New Zealand. With a wealth of five-star experience spanning Asia Pacific to Latin America, Stephanie’s culinary influence is an eclectic mix of Pan-Asian inspired cuisine fused with traditional Yucatecan culture. Her unique gastronomy is a perfect fit for the unique setting of Pearls & Caviar.
Also joining Pearls & Caviar this season is new restaurant manager, Pamela Fachie, of Scottish origin. Having worked in various hospitality establishments in Europe and Seychelles, Pamela’s experience spans fine-dining establishments to all-day dining outlets.
Billecart Salmon Champagne Dinner
For the freshest Mediterranean delicacies, Caviar Restaurant is offering a four-course menu paired with four kinds of champagne. Priced at AED 550 per person, the Billecart Salmon Champagne Dinner is for one night only on 7 October 2009.
