Ms. Pang previously held sales, marketing and management positions at Island Shangri La, Hong Kong and Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong. She has also held senior marketing posts at various luxury hotels in Hong Kong. She originally joined Shangri-La in 1990 and rejoined the group in 2003.
