Ms. Pang previously held sales, marketing and management positions at Island Shangri-La and Kowloon Shangri-La hotels in Hong Kong. She has also held senior marketing posts at Mandarin Oriental and Grand Hyatt hotels in Hong Kong. She originally joined Shangri-La in 1990 and rejoined in 2003.
