Mr. Zhu ensures that his assigned hotels meet their financial performance targets and comply with corporate operational standards; represents the management company to the owners and shareholders; and sources new hotel development opportunities for the group. Prior to his current position, Mr. Zhu was the vice president - marketing based in Shanghai. Previously, he was area director of marketing based at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.  He began his career with the group as director of marketing, Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, in 1998.  Additional sales and marketing experience includes director of sales and marketing posts at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur and The Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore.
