Chef Kerr started his career in the kitchen at the age of 15 in a Scottish island hotel. He has since worked at several boutique restaurants and country hotels in Scotland and the south of England. In his first position overseas, Chef Kerr is heading the Amwaj culinary team with a passion for transforming seafood from a humble ingredient to a delicious masterpiece on a plate.
