Fried Prawns With Mustard & Crackers

Ingredients

  • 300g shrimps
  • 30g corn starch
  • 100g salad cream
  • 100g crackers, crushed

Method

  1. Peel the shrimps and make a slight cut down the backs.
  2. Add salt to the starch, mix well.
  3. Dip the prawns into the starch and fry until golden.
  4. Sauté the prawns briefly with salad cream, then roll in the crackers.
