Fried Prawns With Mustard & Crackers
Ingredients
- 300g shrimps
- 30g corn starch
- 100g salad cream
- 100g crackers, crushed
Method
- Peel the shrimps and
make a slight cut down the backs.
- Add salt to the
starch, mix well.
- Dip the prawns into
the starch and fry until golden.
- Sauté the prawns
briefly with salad cream, then roll in the crackers.
