There are three membership tiers – Gold, Jade and Diamond. Gold status is automatically allocated when first joining the programme.

Members will be upgraded to the next tier when they achieve the following in the course of one calendar year, that is, 1 January to 31 December:

• Golden Circle Jade Membership
  Accumulate 20 Qualifying Nights or 10 Qualifying Stays at any Shangri-La hotel, resort, Traders hotel or Kerry hotel.
• Golden Circle Diamond Membership
  Accumulate 50 Qualifying Nights or 25 Qualifying Stays at any Shangri-La hotel, resort, Traders hotel or Kerry hotel.

You will receive a new membership card in two to three weeks after you have been upgraded to a new membership tier.

Jade or Diamond membership is valid from the date of the membership upgrade until the end of the next calendar year (31 December of the next year).
