Traders Fudu Hotel, Changzhou will hold its Christmas Lighting Ceremony from 6 to 7:15 p.m. on 29 November 2013 in the hotel’s Lobby Lounge. The hotel will also auction off 15 selected paintings by children from Changzhou Children’s Welfare House to help the children embrace a better tomorrow.
From 20 to 29 November 2013, the hotel will hold an exhibit of the 15 paintings of Children's Welfare House in the hotel lobby before they are put up for bidding in the charity auction on 29 November 2013. The opening bid for each painting is RMB500, and all the money collected on the day of the auction will be donated to Changzhou Children's Welfare House to help children embracing a better tomorrow.
Traders Fudu Hotel, Changzhou makes a long-term commitment to corporate social responsibility. Since 2011, the hotel has cooperated with Changzhou Children’s Welfare House to help children with special needs.
In 2013, the hotel initiated its first enterprise named project, “Traders Fudu Family”, at Children’s Welfare House. The hotel sponsored the salary of five “simulation family parents”, from whom the children can enjoy the love of parents and the warmth of a family.
Many children from Changzhou Children’s Welfare House possess excellent painting talents. Their paintings are filled with interesting, brightly coloured and vivid contents that express their long-term vision for a better tomorrow.
