Credit Management

Course Objectives / Description

The Credit Management programme focuses on the policies of extending credit to the guests as represented by their individual Company affiliation.  Learners will be able to understand how the hotel collects the Account Receivables.  Special topics include the preparation of Credit Reports (Internal and external transactions).
