Course Objectives / Description

The Certificate in Performance Management is a five-day institutional program offered at the Shangri-La Academy campus. Upon completion of this program, the learner will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of managing employee performance on a periodic basis
  • Review employees’ past performance goals
  • Establish employees’ future performance goals
  • Identify development opportunities through employees’ strengths and areas for improvement
  • Conduct periodic performance management discussions

Target Participants

  • Full time level 3 or, level 4 staff currently working at various Divisions for operating hotels or pre-opening hotels.  Minimum one year of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and positive worker, good role model at workplace, identified for job rotation/expansion/promotion or possessing such potential.
