e-Cornell Programmes

All Shangri-La management staff are encouraged to participate in the online training programmes offered by e-Cornell.

The flexible online format enables busy professionals to learn in their own time and at their own pace.

Tailored Programmes

Colleagues who cannot join a structured fast-track programme are encouraged to take part in tailor-made programmes, designed to work alongside their schedules and responsibilities.

These tailor-made programmes - known as Functional Self-paced Leadership Development Programmes - also vary according to the specific needs and aspirations identified by the General Manager and functional heads, as well as the colleagues themselves.


Continuous Learning

All colleagues are encouraged to develop their skills and expand their knowledge continuously. Everyone can take advantage of a wide variety of ongoing courses, seminars and workshops. Topics offered are related to management, business, service delivery and leadership, as well as specific technical skills.
