Terms and Conditions

Upon successful application submission and qualification for the Shangri-La Business Travel Programme, you will receive an e-mail with an assigned Promotion Code.  Your acceptance to the programme commences upon receiving this e-mail and will continue for a period of at least 12 months. 

In the event that your company meets the minimum requirement of producing 50 room nights at the participating hotels in the first 12 months, this offer will automatically be renewed.  In the event that your company fails to meet the minimum requirement of producing 50 room nights at the participating hotels in the first 12 months, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to revoke, without prior notice, any negotiated rate or benefit extended to your company under the Shangri-La Business Travel Programme. 

Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts reserve the right to amend the list of participating hotels and the offers available at such hotels at any time without prior notice.

All business travel rates are non-commissionable and subject to availability.  Bookings must be made online or via our mobile app by using the unique Promotion Code assigned to your company.  Business travel rates are not available for bookings made by phone reservation.

The prevailing policies, procedures, terms and conditions of our hotels shall apply to this offer at all times and are subject to change by the hotels without prior notice, including but not limited to hotel reservation guarantees or cancellation policies.

The Shangri-La Business Travel Programme offer is extended to your company on the assumption that all information included in the application is accurate and complete.  In the event that your company has included inaccurate or incomplete information, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to revoke, without prior notice, any negotiated rate or benefit extended to your company under the Shangri-La Business Travel Programme.

The unique Promotion Code assigned to your company for accessing business travel rates should be shared with your company’s associates only and may not be disclosed to third parties for personal stays at our hotels or for commercial purposes, including but not limited to transfer or resale.

To verify that the guests enjoying the benefits of this programme are indeed employees of your company, upon check-in, company associates will be asked to present proof of employment (i.e. company identification card or business card).  In the event the guest is unable to do so, the hotel reserves the right to amend the booking to the Best Available Rate.

Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts may amend these terms and conditions at its discretion at any time without prior notice.  Please review these terms and conditions periodically to keep up to date.  Your participation in the Shangri-La Business Travel Programme constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

These terms and conditions are written in the English language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.
