Raise A Glass Of Rosé To Summer With New Brunch Series At Market By Jean-Georges


A new menu that encourages sharing, a bouquet of rosé options, and live entertainment  

will set the stage for a great weekend brunch 


VANCOUVER, June 22, 2017 – Grab your friends and celebrate the start of summer with Rosé All Day at Market by Jean-Georges. Rosé All Day is for the social brunchers, the ones that want to kick weekend brunch up a notch, with shared plates, refreshing cocktails, and live entertainment that gets everybody moving. Rosé All Day will start on Saturday, June 24, and return every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, through until Sunday, September 3. 


Vancouver brunch enthusiasts will enjoy select Jean-Georges’ breakfast classics, as well as brunch staples such as the Short Rib Hash with Poached Eggs, Sautéed Peppers, and Lemon Chili Asparagus, Avocado Toast, and the soon-to-be favourite Smoked Cauliflower Croque Madame, with Gruyere, Sourdough, and Sunny Up Egg. Add a charcuterie or antipasti board for the table, or finish with a classic Affogato, or Lime Bar with Spiced Caramel, and Vanilla Scented Carrots. 


Rosé All Day wouldn’t be complete without bouquet of rosé options. A bar cart on the patio will feature Arterra Wines Canada wines, including Kim Crawford Rosé, Jackson Triggs Reserve Rosé, and Ruffino Sparkling Rosé, by the glass and the bottle. Guests can also choose from six new rosé-based cocktails, including the Rosé Bouquet, made with Kim Crawford Rosé, Tanqueray Gin, Lillet Blanc, Simple Syrup, Grapefruit Juice. For guests that want to beat the heat, try the house made Rosé Popsicle, topped with Ruffino Sparkling Rosé.  


Adding to the vibe will be Omar Khan, a favourite of the local music scene. A self-taught musician, singer, songwriter, and producer, Khan has been honing his craft for years and is a regular performer at the city’s lounges, restaurants, and nightlife venues.
