Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa, Singapore, announces the appointment of Tane Picken as its new resident manager. A hotelier with over 13 years of experience across China, Africa, Middle East, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, Mr. Picken will assist the resort’s general manager, Ben Bousnina, in managing daily operations and developing key strategies for the 454-room resort.
Prior to his appointment at Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa, Singapore, Mr. Picken was the cluster director of business development for a five-star hospitality establishment in Thailand. Previously, he held senior management positions across various departments from sales and marketing to operational divisions in hotels worldwide.
