Makati Shangri-La, Manila’s Circles Event Cafe invites guests to discover the colorful spices and exquisite flavors of Turkish cuisine with an array of traditional dishes prepared by guest chef Harun Imre and Ramazan Edrem from Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul. They will prepare their signature dishes for lunch and dinner from August 1 to 10 at Circles Event Café.
Guest Chef Harun Imre and Chef Ramazan Edrem are delighted to share Turkey’s rich cuisine to the Philippines as they bring over 20 years of experience working in distinguished hotels and has exceled in preparing Turkish and International cuisine bringing authentic ingredients from Istanbul to create a special buffet spread which include Sebzeli Musakka (Thin layers of vegetables topped with kasseri cheese), Hünkar beğendi (Boneless leg of lamb in an eggplant puree), an interactive kitchen station featuring Shish Kebbab (chicken with halumi, lamb with pistachio and fish) and more. Diners can also partake in a selection of the best Turkish desserts such as Baklava, Su-muhalebısı (rose water puddıng) and Keskul (almond pudding).
Guests also have the option to sign up for an exclusive cooking class on August 8, where guest chef Imre and Edrem will share their preparation and cooking skills.
The cooking demo is priced at Php 2,500 and includes lunch buffet at Circles Event Café, a certificate and a recipe card. Limited seats are available; hence, reservations are highly encouraged.
Treasures of Turkey’s lunch buffet is priced at Php 1,670 net from Monday to Saturday and Php 2,026 net on Sunday while dinner buffet is priced at Php 2,008 net from Sunday to Thursday and Php 2,272 from on Friday to Saturday.
