Course Objectives / Description

The course is a ten (10) day institutional learning program offered at the Shangri-La Academy.  It focuses on the Core Practices and Quality Standards of a Chinese Restaurant operations.  Class presentations, role plays and technical activities provide the Learners with the “Hands-On” experience while preparing them for future Management responsibilities.

Target Participants

  • Full time Chinese Restaurant Service Manager and Service Leader
  • Minimum one year work experience in sending hotel
  • Possesses basic English/communication skills
  • Keen learner and good observer

Language Medium

English with Mandarin translation (except for topics which are taught in Mandarin)

Assessment

Individual Subject Tests and Practical Examinations.  Final presentation.
