A DISH FULL OF GOODIES
Guests can make it a feast to remember by ordering Kerry’s luxurious Pen Cai to be served at reunion dinners. They can bond with the family over this dish full of goodies that includes sea cucumber, dried abalone, dried scallops, dried squids, shiitake mushrooms, abalone mushrooms and dried duck. Kerry’s Pen Cai is priced at RMB1,688 per pack.
CHINESE NEW YEAR FEAST
Luxuriant Chinese delicacies will greet guests at Horizon Chinese Restaurant. They will encounter the very best in Chinese gastronomic delights as the hotel’s Chinese executive chef presents two festive set menus to choose from. Starting with six Horizon appetisers, eight chef-recommended main dishes and two desserts to complete the meal, they can make this the start of a flourishing new year. The set menu also comes with a choice of two beverage packages that include wine, beer, tea and juice.
The set menus are available from 20 January to 14 February 2014 and the price starts from RMB488+ per person.
Diners can also personally select their favourite dishes from the a la carte menu that will also available throughout this time. Some menu highlights include Braised Sliced Abalone, Fish Maw, Mushrooms and Vegetables, Stir-Fried Scallops, Canadian Clams and Fungus with Vegetables, Steamed Prawns stuffed with Shredded Abalone, Ham, Mushrooms and Broccoli, Braised Superior Bird’s Nest Soup and Stewed Lao Ning Sea Cucumber with Abalone Sauce.
