Hailing from Sora, Italy, Chef Antonio oversees the kitchen at p&c by Sergi Arola to ensure that the restaurant's handcrafted dishes and signature beverages are created and served according to Chef Sergi Arola's high standards.
Having worked with Chef Sergi Arola at Restaurant Arola in Barcelona since 2012, Chef Antonio has a true understanding of how a Sergi Arola restaurant works and the level of service that is expected at one. Chef Antonio graduated from the Hospitality & Culinary Institute in Fiuggi, Italy, and has extensive experience and qualifications that make him the ideal guardian for p&c by Sergi Arola, Chef Sergi Arola’s first venture into the Middle East.
Chef Antonio's 15-year career has seen him work for a number of restaurants across Italy and Spain. He now brings the expertise he gained from these work experiences to Abu Dhabi.
