Fresh Salmon & Salmon Roe on Sushi Rice

Ingredients

  • 100g salmon
  • 180g sushi rice 
  • 20g salmon roe
  • 15g sushi ginger
  • 5g Japanese green mustard (wasabi)
  • 30g soy sauce
  • 5g bay leaf

Method

  1. Spread fresh salmon slices over a bowl of sushi rice.
  2. Add with a bay leaf with the salmon roe on it.
  3. Garnish with sushi ginger.
  4. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi on the side.
