has close to 20 years of experience presenting the traditions of fine Japanese
cuisine.
Prior to joining Traders
Fudu Hotel, Changzhou, he held positions as Japanese Head Chef in
Atami Restaurant, Tokyo, Marco Polo Hotel,
Shengzhen, and Shangri-La Hotels in China,
the Philippines and Indonesia.
Early in his career, Japanese
Head Chef Sato also had his own restaurant, Shiho.
