Shangri-la Hotel, Changzhou Rolls Out Thai Food Festival

Patrons who have no time to travel abroad but yearn for the blue sky, white clouds, coconut trees, clear water, white sand and the amorous feelings found in the movie Lost in Thailand are invited to the Thai Food Festival taking place in Shangri-La Hotel, Changzhou’s Shang Palace from 22 to 31 March 2013.

Shangri-La Hotel, Changzhou’s executive chef, Su Geeta from Thailand, will   ensure the authentic flavours of the cuisine.  She has expertise in the Thai food area and will prepare for guests traditional and exquisite Thai cuisine, including Thai Style Fish Cake, Horseshoe Pearl Coconut Syrup and Pork Salad.
