Nishimura expertly blends authentic Japanese cuisine with a modern ambience. Featuring an all-wood structure and earth-colored tones with subdued lighting, the 96-seat Nishimura is just the right place to experience Japanese dining culture in the heart of Changzhou.
To ensure authenticity and freshness, most ingredients used at Nishimura are imported from Japan. Seafood, for example, is procured from a designated purchaser at the Tsukiji seafood market in Tokyo – the biggest fresh seafood market in the world.
In addition to such traditional offerings such as sushi, sashimi and robatayake, Nishimura features creative Japanese dishes.
The restaurant offers several private dining rooms for an intimate setting and counter seating that allows guests to witness the chefs performing the art of Teppan.
Nishimura will open soon in 2014.
