Fettuccelle al tartufo e porcini

Ingredients (recipe for 1 serving)

  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Dried Porcini Mushroom
  • Cream
  • Fettuccelle / Fettuccini Pasta
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Truffle Oil
  • Fresh Herbs
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. Sautée the garlic and onions in olive oil with butter.
  2. Add in the dried porcini mushroom and sauté it together with the onions and garlic before adding in the cream.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Then, add in the fresh fettuccelle / fettuccini pasta.
  4. While sautéing the pasta, add in some parmesan cheese and truffle oil.
  5. Stir in some fresh herbs before serving.
