Traders Upper East Hotel, Beijing Participates In Earth Hour 2013

Earth Hour is a global WWF climate change initiative for energy conservation.  Traders Upper East Hotel, Beijing has actively participated in Earth Hour 2013 on 23 March 2013 between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m.

At the scheduled time, all non‑essential lighting in guestroom corridors and staff areas, as well as all exterior lighting, will be turned off.  All guests will be encouraged to join this global event.  The hotel has prepared an eye-catching poster recommending minimal use of electrical appliances in guestrooms, including lights, air conditioning and other electronic facilities, to help prepare guests to show their support for environmental protection and energy saving.

Traders Upper East Hotel, Beijing has been actively involved in social public charity activities committed to environmental protection and promotes corporate social responsibility activities in depth.  We firmly believe that we can enhance staff and guest awareness of environmental protection through this activity.  For the coming Easter Day, staffs from Traders Upper East Hotel collected the egg shell with assistance from chefs of staff restaurant and painted these beautiful Charity Easter Eggs with all their love to help the students from Anhua Special School.   Only RMB15 for each Charity Easter Egg, you can pass your love and share the joyous of the Spring with those students.
