Scallion & Minced Pork Pancake

Ingredients (recipe for one portion)

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 110ml water
  • 50g all-purpose flour for rolling
  • 200g pork, minced
  • 50g spring onions, cleaned and chopped
  • 30g leeks, cleaned and chopped
  • 30g light soy sauce
  • 2g natural chicken stock powder
  • 1g white pepper powder
  • 10g sugar
  • 20g black vinegar 


  1. Mix flour with water into a soft dough.
  2. Mix the minced pork with chopped leeks and spring onions. Season with soy sauce, chicken powder, sugar and salt.
  3. Roll the dough into long, thin sheets.
  4. Spread the pork mixture evenly over the dough. Roll up into a rectangular shape.
  5. Heat the cooking oil in a pan and sear the dough till crispy brown on each side.
  6. Cut into pieces. Serve hot with black vinegar.
