Simon is a graduate sommelier from Court of Master Sommeliers and has also earned his certificate in Professional Restaurant Wine & Bar Services from Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology in New Zealand. With over 12 years of experience, he now oversees the beverage department of Kerry Hotel, Beijing - a 486-room hotel with five F&B outlets. His passion is to share his love and knowledge of wine with guests. During his free time, he loves to experiment with pairing home-cooked food with his favourite wines.
