Shangri-La’s China World Summit Wing, Beijing’s contemporary Chinese restaurant, The Red Chamber, celebrates its first anniversary this April with promotional prices on selected signature dishes for lunch and special three-course set menus for dinner.
From 1 to 30 April 2013, The Red Chamber will feature selected signature dishes on half price starting from RMB 51 for lunch from 11.30 to 2.30 p.m. with new options available every week. Diners can expect dishes like Sautéed Beef with Diced Eggplant, Taishan-style Braised Goose and Braised Fresh Abalone with Chicken.
For dinner, diners can enjoy three different set menus with prices starting from RMB 100 per person. These three-course set menus will see highlights such as Crispy Pork Belly, Braised Beef Ribs and Double Boiled Pigeon with Ginseng and are available for a minimum of two persons from 6 to 10 p.m.
Chinese Executive Chef Lim Chuan Seng will also unveil The Red Chamber’s new signature dish - Roasted Spring Duck marinated for an hour with Chinese spices like garlic, ginger, spring onion and shallots priced at RMB 68 available for both lunch and dinner.
