Intramuros 

The famed Walled City was built in 1571 and remains a throwback landmark to the Philippines’ Spanish period. With architecture that has survived for more than four hundred years, the historic walls, bulwarks, and plazas of Intramuros continue to be a tourist destination that engage and educate.

Fort Santiago 

A magnificent and enduring structure, it is part of the Walled City, Intramuros and was a Spanish base, housing for their military, with dungeons and underground tunnels. It saw transitions in Philippine history including the Japanese occupation during the Second World War and also served as the prison that held National Hero, Jose Rizal until his execution in Bagumbayan.

Malacañang Palace 

A historic and highly visited structure in the Philippines, it served as the official residence of the President of The Republic of the Philippines since 1863. Palace tours are given which details history that has taken place within its wall highlighting all the former Presidents and the memorabilia which captures their respective administrations.

Corregidor 

A small rocky island 48 kilometers West of Manila, Corregidor is located at the access point to Manila Bay. This island fortress stands as a memorial for fallen heroes, Filipinos and American soldiers who fought against the overwhelming Japanese forces during the Second World War.

Pagsanjan Falls, Laguna

A two-and-a-half-hour drive from the South of Manila, Pagsanjan Falls is a favourite tourist destination where you can board a canoe steered by two boatmen who will maneuver through the steep gorges leading up to the lush tropical vegetation and majestic falls.

Tagaytay

A popular spot south of Manila, it overlooks the Taal Volcano Island, an active volcano surrounded by Taal Lake. Among its other attractions are the Park in the Sky and Picnic Grove for fun outdoor day trips.

Museum of the Filipino People

The Museum of the Filipino People serves as a repository of the Philippines’ natural and cultural heritage. Located next to Rizal Park, it takes visiting guests to a journey into the nation’s rich history. It has three different structures: the house of natural sciences which was formerly the Old Congress Building; house of the arts; and support services. The former Ministry of Finance building is the home of the Anthropology and Archeology Divisions. Its exhibit covers the vast subjects of Anthropology, Geology, Botany, Zoology, and the Arts. It also houses a planetarium where visitors can learn about the wonders of the universe, its stars, and planets.

The National Museum of the Philippines

The National Museum of the Philippines safeguards the rich elements that make up the colourful heritage of the Philippines. It promotes awareness and nationalism through its exhibits on culture, education, and the sciences.
